Return, Refunds, and Title
RIMO Carts does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Limitations of Liability
By purchasing, you agree that RIMO Carts shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for damage caused by parts sold and/or gifted by RIMO Carts. You accept complete responsibility to provide expert installation service at your location, including the responsibility to identify a defective part before it may cause any damage. In the event of a defective part sold by RIMO Carts, the final amount of a refund or credit shall be limited to the sale price of the part in question.
Pricing
With respect to items sold by RIMO Carts, we cannot confirm or hold the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by RIMO Carts is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Content Use License
a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) provided by RIMO Carts for personal use, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose unless explicitly authorized by RIMO Carts, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on RIMO Carts.com;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

b. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by RIMO Carts at any time. RIMO Carts is an Internet-based medium. You will provide all equipment and services and be responsible for all telephone and other charges necessary to access RIMO Carts. If you have a question about whether an access number you are using to access the Internet is a long distance or toll call from your location, you should contact your local telephone company. RIMO Carts is not responsible for any access charges you may incur in accessing the Internet to visit or use our Site. Our Site is usually available at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but RIMO Carts reserves the right to make the Site unavailable from time to time for any reason, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. RIMO Carts is not liable for any damages arising from any interruption, suspension or termination of the Site, or from your inability to access the Site.
Site Policies, Modification, and Severability
RIMO Carts reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Service and Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Chargebacks
This document is a legal and binding contract that the buyer enters into with RIMO Carts at the time of purchase.
By making a purchase from RIMO Carts either via the website or other means you are agreeing not to do a chargeback. Instead you agreeing to work with RIMO Carts to resolve any issue or perceived issues through the BDX Performance warranty policy, and the RIMO Carts return / refund policy and the BDX Performance cancellation policy and the .
You are purchasing a mechanical/electrical/motorized physical product with many moving parts. Like all products, some small percent of products will have issues or defects, including operator issues that are not defects. You, as an adult, are agreeing that you understand this and you will not try to change the rules after the fact and create some new rules for us both to follow. You understand that all products produced by all companies have some small failure rate and when a product is new this is when these defects will be discovered and not after years of use. If a factory does not tighten a bolt it will come loose in the first few weeks or months of riding and not ten years down the road. And this is why there is a warranty period.
You understand that some few issues may require a month or so to resolve. You understand that, in the event of a warranty failure, you will either bring the vehicle to us for warrant repair or do the repair yourself with a friend or have a mechanic do the repair at your expense with RIMO Carts providing the parts free of charge. You understand that you are getting a vehicle at a greatly reduced price over buying from a local Japanese or American vehicle dealership and the lower price is a trade off for you being responsible for warranty labor.
You understand and agree that in some small percent of vehicles minor cosmetic damage or minor shipping damage or late delivery or delays in warranty repair times and other minor imperfect situations may occur in some small percent of vehicles and again this is the trade off for getting the product at a greatly reduced price and you agree to work to resolve these issues with the framework of this agreement. You understand and agree that the above situations are not valid reasons for seeking remedies out side of this agreement and that there are no returns on used vehicles and chargebacks are forbidden by this agreement.
You understand that RIMO may at its discretion offer a store credit or free parts or some small refund as compensation for minor cosmetic damage or late delivery or other minor imperfect situations that may occur. We are making agreements between adults and we expect both parties to be adults and stay within the parameters defined by this agreement and not try to change the agreement after the fact.
Any actions taken outside of this document which causes harm to RIMO Carts, such as chargebacks, the buyer is agreeing to compensate RIMO Carts three times the total price the customer paid for the entire order plus reasonable attorneys fees and all other reasonable damage and expenses incurred by RIMO Carts, due to the buyer not adhering to this legal and binding contract.
The reason for the above is that credit card companies many times give the customer their money back with zero investigation and the customer has the product and the money with no motivation to return either And RIMO Carts is forced to pursue expensive criminal and civil legal actions in order to resolve the issue. To be clear it is theft, fraud and illegal to keep the money and the product. Too many times people doing chargebacks are doing so with the intent to steal. Therefore RIMO Carts requires agreement up front that the customer agrees to pay triple the cost of the order as a deterrent against this fraud and criminal activity.
The buyer understands and agrees if he or she choses to go outside of this agreement and take action, such as a chargeback, then he or she MUST return the product at his or her expense and that keeping the product and getting his or her money back is theft, and depending on the value of the product could be grand theft, and could carry significant prison time, and that all chargebacks where the customer keeps the product and the money will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law via the criminal justice system. The buyer and seller understand that Credit card companies do not have the final say in these matters and that we are a nation of laws and that the courts in the United States of America have the final say in legal matters.
The buyer understands that if the customer returns the product the customer agrees to pay for any damages, or expense that RIMO Carts incurs and will pay to have the product shipped back to him or her once the chargeback is resolved.
RIMO Carts has a very good system for resolving all issues that may arise and by purchasing a product from RIMO Carts you are agreeing use these system and not do a chargeback or seek other remedies.
RIMO Carts is 100% committed to the warranty policy and fulfilling its obligation under this policy. In many cases RIMO Carts has a history of going above and beyond its obligation in order to help a customer. However, RIMO Carts in only bound by it legal obligations and any actions beyond that are made solely at discretion of RIMO Carts .
Disputes
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any RIMO Carts Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by RIMO Carts or through RIMO Carts will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.
There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
